I’m a Wellbeing Coach, Counsellor and an Accredited Specialist Practitioner Coach in Chronic Fatigue, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis & Fibromyalgia.
I specialise in working with Mums/Moms who have (or suspect they have) CFS, ME or Fibromyalgia.
My tried and tested Coaching method covers 8 core areas of your life and focuses on understanding the causes of Physical and Emotional Health so that you can regain your Health and Wellbeing and get your life back.
I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia in 2009 and had suffered with these Chronic illnesses on and off for over 20 years and can really relate to others going through similar experiences. I know how debilitating and life limiting chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia can be.
Having experienced that there was no one that really understood or treated these chronic conditions, I set about getting myself well, through addressing all the main areas that were not really functioning well, in my life.
I have personally turned my life around for the better, by implementing positive, healthy life habits and now I want to help others do the same.
I decided to became an accredited Chrysalis Effect Specialist Practitioner and Wellbeing Coach in order to help as many people in a similar situation, as I know it is possible to recover.
I provide full support and specialist tailored Wellbeing Coaching sessions and programs for your recovery journey. I can incorporate Counselling and Psychotherapy, that can help you to address many issues, including underlying emotional and lifestyle issues, limiting beliefs and mindset blocks.
I work within a cross referral team, so this means I am able to refer you to a Nutritionist for example, if this is an area for improvement, as part of your Recovery journey.
